Our Emergency Products Mission
Parts inventory and service facilities are maintained in St. Albans, Vt., although our goal is to provide the most complete in-station service possible. We understand the difficulty in today’s fire service to move a vehicle from your station to a service facility. We are equipped to do electrical, pump, plumbing and mechanical service in your firehouse. Our staff of service personnel under the direction of Service Manager Paul Haynes have Hale, Waterous and E-One electrical and mechanical factory training and are capable of resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Paint and body repairs are handled either at a mutual agreeable contract facility or at a factory service center.

This arrangement results in the customer receiving service from in-state personnel on the fastest possible schedule. No more waiting for weeks for service to come from out of the area, or to move your vehicle out to a facility!! A complete level 1 parts inventory is maintained. This covers common plumbing, electrical and body parts. Any part needed for an out of service condition is available on an overnight basis, either from our inventory, the factory or the vendor.
